Prepare for the 32nd DECATHLON Running Night half marathon with our training plan! Subscribers will receive the training plan every three weeks starting March 13th, so they can finish the 21-kilometer race on June 27th with the desired time.
The training plan sent to subscribers via email will help them prepare for the 2-hour and 1:45 target times.
To join the 2-hour training plan, it is good if you can already run 13-14 kilometers and your 10 km time is no worse than 62-63 minutes. The conditions for preparing for a 1:45 target time are: stable completion of 16-17 km and a 53-55 minute 10 km.
